Aydin Kilic

Mr. Kilic has over 20 years' experience as an entrepreneur and electronic engineer with expertise in cryptocurrency, capital markets, real estate development and scientific research. He founded Fortress Blockchain Corp. in 2017 and led this company as CEO to go public as a Tier 1 Technology Issuer on the TSX-V, raising $30M in the process.

With this experience Mr. Kilic brings the HIVE team his comprehensive understanding of the intersect of cryptocurrency and the Canadian capital markets, public company audit demands and exchange rules, along with the importance of ESG investing. Additionally, as a development executive, Mr. Kilic has received commitments from Canadian banks for over $100M in financing for land rezoning and development projects and has secured over $200M of land acquisition offers, while bringing over $100M of project value to market in BC. Mr. Kilic will lead HIVE in its global expansion and development of data centers, reporting directly to Frank Holmes, Executive Chairman.

Mr. Kilic holds a degree in Engineering Science (Honours) from Simon Fraser University, having specialized in high-frequency electronics, VLSI, and time-variant 3D electromagnetics.

Darcy Daubaras

CFO

Mr. Daubaras has over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting and public company service. Prior to joining HIVE, Darcy was a member of the executive team at FinancialCAD Corporation, and previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of Canadian listed public companies as well as serving as the Director of Corporate Accounting with Mercer International. Darcy was awarded a CPA, CA designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia as well as being awarded a CPA designation in Illinois and has experience with Sarbanes-Oxley. He received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria.

Johanna Thörnblad

SWEDEN COUNTRY PRESIDENT

Johanna Thörnblad joined Hive in 2021 as Managing Director of Bikupa Datacenter AB and Bikupa Datacenter 2 AB, the company's two Swedish subsidiaries, and was quickly promoted to the position of Country President in Sweden for these operations. Mrs. Thörnblad also serves on the board of HIVE Switzerland, Sweden and Iceland.

Originally from Sweden, Mrs. Thörnblad has over 20 years of international management and global corporate communications experience; this includes investor relations, media relations, marketing and sales with companies such as Fidelity Investments (Series 7 and 24 licensed), U.S. Global Investors, Inc. (NASDAQ: GROW), and Meridian Fund Managers Ltd., a BVI registered fund manager.

Mrs. Thörnblad holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Kent State University.

Gabriel Ibghy

Gabriel Ibghy joined HIVE in 2021 as Director of Legal Affairs further to the acquisition of GPU Atlantic's 50MW data center site in New Brunswick, Canada. At GPU.ONE, the parent corporation of GPU Atlantic, he acted as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Legal Affairs.

Originally from Montreal, Québec, Mr. Ibghy is a practicing attorney who holds a law degree from the University of Montreal and is member in good standing of the Quebec Bar. Moreover, he holds a Global MBA from the Reichman University as well as a certificate from IE Business School IMBA.

Mr. Ibghy has extensive experience in the field of cryptocurrency mining, data centre construction, operations and management and has gained international experience in complex and challenging environments. Mr. Ibghy applies his experience and profound knowledge of this fast-paced industry to the sustained growth and development of HIVE Blockchain Technologies.

Susan McGee

Susan McGee serves on the boards of directors of NYSE-listed Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc., Goldman Sachs Private Middle Market Credit LLC, and Goldman Sachs Private Middle Market Credit II LLC. She also serves on the boards of directors of ETTL Engineers & Consultants, Inc. and Nobul Corporation. In addition, Ms. McGee most recently served as a member of the SEC's Asset Management Advisory Committee, advising the SEC on ESG and DEI disclosures, market structure and various other matters.

Ms. McGee served as President of U.S. Global Investors, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed and SEC-registered investment advisor specializing in metals, mining and natural resources, from 1998 to 2018 and as the company's General Counsel from 1997 to 2018. Ms. McGee also served on the Investment Company Institute (ICI) Board of Governors from 2008 to 2018.

Marcus New

DIRECTOR & AUDIT COMMITTEE CHAIR

Marcus is the CEO of InvestX Capital Ltd, an online private equity and venture capital platform. Prior to InvestX Marcus built a number of disruptive technology businesses in the capital markets including: CEO of Stockhouse Publishing, a leading financial community for affluent investors. A data platform business that was licensed to dozens of brokerage firms, global institutional sales desks, and over 200 hedge funds.

Dave Perrill

DIRECTOR

Mr. Perrill is the founder and CEO of Compute North, a rapidly growing data center company that offers low-cost and efficient infrastructure services for clients in the blockchain, cryptocurrency mining and the broader high-performance computing space. Previously he founded and subsequently sold two technology companies, including an Internet Service and Managed Security Provider, which was acquired by Trustwave in 2013. Mr. Perrill has extensive experience in networking, data center engineering, software, and security. He holds a BS in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
